Netflix has a horrible habit of keeping its viewers awake past their bedtime. There are too many TV shows and movies available to watch to be able to sleep. Once you start watching something, you can never stop until it's over!
Some of the best TV shows are available for streaming off Netflix. There's Grey's Anatomy, Scandal, Friends, Lost, and many more. Theses dramas are so dramatic! I keep telling myself, "One more episode and then I'll go to bed." After the episode ends I say, "It's only nine. I can watch one more episode and still get enough sleep for tomorrow." I keep making excuses until I realize that it's two in the morning!
Grey's Anatomy, a dramatic story of an intern that falls in love with an attending, keeps the viewer begging for more. I started watching it about a year ago during Christmas vacation. I watched it every waking moment until there were no more episodes on Netflix. I had to start watching it ever Thursday night.
Scandal, a story with a president falling in love with one of his employees that turns out to be a "fixer," is so amazing! I started watching it this past Friday and I barely slept. I was awake until two in the morning on Saturday morning. I slept from then until four-thirty in the afternoon. Once I was awake enough to function, I was watching the scandalous life of Olivia Pope again. I stayed up until two in the morning watching it again, and fell asleep to wake up at ten-thirty in the morning. I can't get enough of it!
Friends, everyone knows about this one, has ten seasons full of drama and relationship problems to keep viewers attentive. I can't seem to get over them. I think I might be addicted to their lives. I'm in the middle of their final season, and I don't want it to end!
Lost, a story of a plane crash on an island that can't be found, is so amazeballs! I finished the series in like one week of vacation. I think that there are only five seasons, but it's worth watching because of it's awesomeness! The first episode seems like it's only five minutes even though it's actually almost 45!
Netflix is an amazing and cruel invention! Just saying! :)

Math test? Probs not
So there I was in math class. The day has been super slow and dull. Nothing much to tell. I go into math class and realize that I have a test today. We were supposed to have it on Friday, but the star assembly was during period 7 (my math time). Normally we can use our notes, but not for this one.
I was sitting in my seat closest to the whiteboard in Mr cowing room. My test was on the table with my name scribbled on the top. I started working on the first few problems realizing that I have no idea what I'm supposed to be doing.
I finished the first two problems and began on the third question: part A. My sister was sitting next to me. We were on the same question. I started to write down a jumble of numbers that I think might have been right when I heard a yelling whisper coming from beside me.
"Whaaaaaaaaat?!" I couldn't help but silently giggle. I recollected myself enough to continue when once again I hear a yelling whisper. "Whaaaaaaaaaat?!" This time was slightly louder than the last. I giggled a little louder and moved on to part B. I was read through the problem until once again I heard "whaaaaaaaaaaaaat?!"
Even louder. I guess no one else heard it, but I couldn't help but laugh out loud. It was too funny to stifle the laugh. Mr cowing turned towards me and asked,"what's so funny?" He was a little annoyed.
I continued laughing and inaudibly said, "I don't even know!" After about a minute of continuous laughter, I managed to refocus on the test without giggling. Math really does make things less funny and more miserable.
This may have been a test, and I may have failed, but that was flipping hilarious! Just saying. :)

Me, myself, and friends
My friends are slightly odd, but I love them. I have different groups of friends. There's the squad (Jordan, Brittany, my sister, and me). and there's friends that I've accumulated over the years (Bree and Bethany). I also got new friends from soccer this year. There's also a group from the one act play competition...good times.
We all have little selfie sessions when we're together. There's a picture of the squad from the time we ate at Buffalo Wild Wings, It was a few weeks ago, but we had an amazing time. Whenever we hang out, there's constant giggling and gossiping like a group of girls usually is. I'm glad to have had them as friends. They're amazing and I love them.
I became friends with Bree through soccer. We had some lively conversations on the car rides up to practices and have continued to keep our friendship going.I don't know what I would do without her. She's an amazing friend and quite the conversationalist! Kitty cat was the best conversation ever, but I wont go into that.
I met Caitlin and Zahra through soccer this year. We had some really good games, and I'm so glad I met them. I will cherish our memories forever. I'm going to miss Zahra so much when she goes back to her country, and I'll miss Caitlin when I leave for college.
I knew Bethany in Miles Lane, but I became really good friends with her my sophomore year in our math class. We had a great study system if you catch my drift. She has also done my hair many times, and I always love it! I wish she could do my hair everyday.
I would also like to add two of my favorite freshmen to the list of awesome people: Brooke Megno and Caitlyn Emery. We met through the Make A Difference Team, and had an amzing day of snapchatting, and a night of fun at the dance. Thank you guys!
I hang out with them all the time and talk to them on a near everyday basis. I hope that continues for the rest of my life. Just saying :)

My hair and morning
Well, here I am at school just before 7. It was a pretty good morning because I didn't have to do anything.
Last night, my mom straightened my hair. It was weird, but I'm thankful. Whenever I straighten my hair, it takes about an hour to do, and even then I have little chunks of hair that curl. I throw mini-temper tantrums about that. I have a chunk on both sides near the front that poof out and curl. That's a recipe for an angry girl if I ever knew one.
Anyways, my mom straightened my hair and it only took about a half hour. Half the time it takes me! It looks different than it does when I do it, but that's okay.
After she straightened it, actually be fore during and after, I started snapcatting. I probably sent six videos of me making faces and petting my hair. I look pretty stupid. I'd upload the video but I don't know how and I look stupid. I don't want you guys to think differently about me.
So, when I woke up this morning at 5:45, I turned my alarm off and laid in bed. Normally this is when I take my first shower of the day, but I didn't have to because my hair was already done! I laid in bed for an extra ten minutes, and then I got up. I brushed through my hair and put a face on. For those of you who don't know what that means, I put make up on.
Obviously this picture isn't from today, but look how long my hair is!! The picture is actually from a few weeks ago. Bethany straightened it for the one act play performance at the middle school. It was curled later, but having it straightened first makes it easier to be curled the way the person wants it to look like. Just saying.

My big sister Emily
Background information: when I was adopted, yes I'm adopted, I got a new older sister and brother. My sister has married her high school boyfriend a couple years ago. Her husband, Reggie, is in the army. They moved to a base in Georgia and have been living there since. Emily has come to visit a couple times, but I don't see her much anymore. When she come's back to Maine, she visits with our mom more than anyone else. It's always when I'm in school, and let's face it, I'm not going to skip school even though I love her.
A few weeks ago, I found out that the doctors suspected that she might have MS. I didn't know how to react to the news. I talking to my mom, and she told me that Emily went to a neurologist. She went because at one point her right hand had gone numb or something. The point was that she couldn't use her right hand so she learned how to eat with her left hand. She had also lost feeling in her one of her legs or foot, so she started walking like a zombie. I nervously giggled at this, but its not really funny.
Yesterday, my parents told me that its been confirmed that she has the disease. I'm sad about that, and I wish I could see her and give her a hug. She's supposed to come to my graduation and graduation/birthday party. She's only going to come if she's feeling okay though. I'm super excited for her to come. I also learned that she's trying to have kids. That could be nice. I think I would like her kids better than others because I won't have to see them very often. That way, they can't annoy me everyday. :) Just saying.

Painting my nails
Some people can just leave their nails plain, but not me. I can't stand the plainness of it. I like having something to look at when I write or type. Its cool to see bright colors flash through your vision.
I paint my nails ever weekend or every other weekend. I try painting new things every time, but sometimes I don't know what to paint. A little before Christmas, I looked up some pictures on google for some new ideas. I got a set of 20 nail polishes. I've been trying to paint them consistently.
For the one act play, The Actors Nightmare, I had to have less vibrant nail polish on. I thought that it would be a good time to paint my nails with the set of gray nail polish that gets darker as it approaches the tip of the nail. It was dull for me, but apparently it was "sparkly," "not time period," and "blinding." I disagreed but obliged to the request for a French tip.
I kept my nails the plain French tip for two weeks, for the two performances of the play. As soon as I could, I painted my nails vibrant. I did a lime green zebra print and hot pink zebra print. I've been told that the color is radioactive. I'm okay with that. They're not plain anymore!
Some of the designs look like they're complicated to do, but if you have the right tools, and enough patience, it's not that bad. The set of nail polishes that I got for Christmas are the thin brushes meant to be used for details. It makes it easier to make these designs, even though they never turn out to be as good as the picture that I use to try and replicate on myself. Just saying.
